Director, founder, and detail-oriented Darcy is the man that gets the job done. Darcy’s passion for building began long before his career did, with tactility and a desire for accuracy and completion inherent in his nature. His wealth of experience in high-stake commercial projects couldn’t have flourished without being a true people person. He’s open about his structured, weekly reflections on fulfilling the 2Moro Group mission to replace transactional relationships with real ones. Constructing Australia 108 – the biggest building in the Southern Hemisphere – and his family, both equally make him beam with pride.

A qualified carpenter by trade, it’s not a metaphor when they say Hayden knows the nuts and bolts of a build. With a first-hand understanding of each beam, brick, timber and tile – he keeps every 2MORO build on course. Stoic and keenly attuned to opportunities for efficiency, Hayden’s planning process is always underway in advance with a quiet confidence, and results that speak for themselves. He’s well versed in the languages of different trades, with an ability to examine all the moving parts, communicate confidently, action with precision and jump in to help wherever needed.

You’ll often hear “Coops!” bellowed on-site and it’s no accident why – Lachy is our everyman. Embodying a combination of construction know-how and commercial acumen, he’s the man with the answers, support and the big smile. He’s managed the commercial and contract aspects of multiple large-scale projects – driving value, optimising budgets and doing it all with a desire to warmly support clients. He has a strong understanding of commercial risks, how to tackle them, and how to encourage the different personalities around him.
